Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued if:

  • The workshop or event is canceled

  • The event is rescheduled, and you cannot attend on the new date

  • You request a cancellation at least 7 days before the event date

Refunds are not available for:

  • No-shows

  • Cancellations requested less than 7 days before the event

  • Partially attended sessions or unused tickets

How to Request a Refund

Send your request to: hello@muse-asbl.lu
Please include:

  • Full name

  • Email used for booking

  • Ticket or order number

  • Reason for the refund request

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 3–7 working days.

Transfer of Tickets

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant at no additional cost. Simply contact us with the new participant’s name and contact details.
